Here’s what clients are saying!

  • "I highly highly recommend Joseph! As a first time homebuyer, he walked me through the process of buying a house and was super available to answer questions every step of the way. He really goes above and beyond for his clients and he's also just a fun person to spend the day with looking at houses! He never pressured or tried to talk us into anything, and really listened to what we were looking for. Can't speak highly enough!!" ★★★★★

    Zoe F.

  • "Joseph is the best. We cannot possibly speak highly enough of him. Not only did he carefully and diligently help us find a house that fit our wants and needs, he also honestly assessed possible costs and needed repairs on all sorts of things we otherwise would have missed and helped us negotiate accordingly. He knows his stuff, has come through time and time again with advice and recommendations, and is a genuinely kind and pleasant person." ★★★★★

    Leah & Alan

  • "I know that many people love their realtors, but Joseph is a star among them. Though I originally had no personal connection with him, a conversation at one of his open houses quickly confirmed he had a solid grasp on the Twin Cities real estate market, a keen eye for home workmanship details, and an open, friendly attitude. Even more exciting for my particular situation was that he had extensive construction and renovation experience, perfect for understanding what was possible–and even better, what was a good idea–in the houses we started touring. It took me a couple of months visiting up to seven properties on any given weekend day to find the right fit, but Joseph never flagged. He was always a quick, clear communicator, flexible to the tweaks in my requirements, and insistent that he join for all the home tours I went on. Once I found “the one,” he showed some of his greatest strengths, navigating me through a negotiation process that got me a deal tens of thousands below asking price, an inspection that led to several seller-paid repairs, and a loan process that got me a rate a full percentage point lower than the competition. And through it all, he was such a fun person to be around! I recommend him as highly as I can." ★★★★★

    Nathaniel L.

  • "Being experienced homeowners, we figured it would take us about a year to find the right home to buy. We met Joseph at an opening and had a sense that he would be a good fit for us. He wasn't "salesy" like other people we'd met. He was earnest and we sensed his integrity. We met with Joseph, where he listened attentively and narrowed down our options. He didn't waste any time and here's the kicker-- we found our beautiful new home (that is perfect for us) on the very first day we went out with him! The best part was that he continued to work hard, partnering with us EVERY step of the way through the entire process. Working with Joseph was a total delight. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!" ★★★★★

    Jim & Jakki

  • "I really can’t recommend Joseph enough. I was a first time home buyer. I met Joseph at an open house and I could just tell how down to earth he is. One of the most important things to me was finding someone who knew what they were doing, yet didn’t steamroll me with their own opinion so much that I ended up buying their favorite house, not mine. Joseph was that perfect level of expert yet empathetic. He was understanding of me passing on perfectly good houses and smart buys because they just didn’t feel right. He is super responsive and his follow through is awesome, I trust his advice, and he’s just a good dude! I hope that whoever reads this trusts me, a random guy on the internet that happens to have an awesome house." ★★★★★

    Riley S.

  • "We had a great experience working with Joseph to buy our first home and cannot recommend him enough. He is extremely communicative and knowledgeable about the real-estate market in the Twin Cities area. He was patient as we worked to refine our criteria and explore what options were available. He has great attention to detail and is able to identify quality work when he sees it. Joseph makes it his mission to find a great house that meets all of your needs. I would absolutely work with Joseph to buy a house again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a house." ★★★★★

    Jaclyn & Cristina

  • "Joseph was the most professional realtor we have ever dealt with. We did a buy/sell with him and when we saw a new house pop up that we wanted to view he was always available. We honestly felt like his only clients at the time (we were not) and that is a testament to the very dedicated and individual support he gives you as a buyer. In this fast market, that is necessary. When we sold our house, he went above and beyond helping us with housework and carpentry work that we didn't have time for. Who does that?... Joseph does! We've worked with other realtors in the past when we bought our first house. Joseph will be our only realtor should we ever decide to move again!" ★★★★★

    Ryan & Miranda L.

  • "Working with Joseph was a great experience. Despite having other clients and a family of his own he was available to us. Including weekends and late weeknights after work. He was there to help guide us through all the complexities of house hunting. It’s evident he values his job as a realtor and the wants of his clients. We looked at MANY home and he was never pushy. We really appreciate the honesty he gave us about each property and he really helped us find the place that fit us. Even after having an offer accepted and waiting for our close date he was there advocating for us through the little hiccups along the way. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and look forward to working with him again in the far future when we are ready to move again." ★★★★★

    Patrick & Christabella

  • "I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking for a great realtor. As a first time home buyer in a tough sellers market, I was anxious about how it would go. Joseph was amazing with finding houses to look at, he truly listened to what me and my husband were looking for (and could realistically afford), he provided awesome advice and was always responsive and helpful. Joseph knows what he is talking about when it comes to both the good and bad aspects of houses and didn’t hesitate to let us know if he felt something wasn’t worth pursuing nor did he push towards something he knew wouldn’t work for us. He helped us navigate a difficult market and we ultimately successfully closed on a house in a great neighborhood, with the house itself being one we will be happy in for years to come. If you’re looking for an ethical, knowledgeable and totally awesome realtor, go with Joseph!!" ★★★★★

    Zack & Megan

  • "Joseph was super helpful both finding and buying our new house and selling our old house. He was spot on for the strategy for pricing and when we should list the old house. We ended up selling for well over what we expected." ★★★★★

    Rick & Barbara

  • "As first-time homeowners, we were quite nervous about the process and all the requirements to complete a home purchase. We believed it to be a daunting procedure with verious hoops to jump through. However, Joseph was amazing throughout our journey to find our home. He knew that we were first-time searchers and put us at ease with his welcoming personality and sense of humor. His background in home renovations and handyman projects shone through in the type of advice he provided to us and the realistic expectations for work that would need to be done on a house. He was honest with both the positive features and areas of concern at each house and didn't push us to put an offer in for any house except for the ones that we were "heck yes" about. When we found houses that we could picture as our own, he maintained utmost transparency in the paperwork process when putting together our offer and explained each section clearly while answering any questions that we may have had. He didn't push us to exceed our financial comfort level with any of our offers and when our first few fell through, he encouraged us that the perfect house would come along. His extensive knowledge, sound advice, availability and willingness to go the extra mile has secured a lifelong customer (although we hope to not have to move again too soon!) and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Because of this strong connection that we felt that we formed with Joseph, my father-in-law (who is currently in the process of selling his house) has been more than happy to employ his services as a selling agent. 10/10 realtor!" ★★★★★

    Brett & Melissa

  • "Joseph was recommended to us by friends and we are so appreciative for their recommendation! We were first-time home buyers, and Joseph was very thoughtful with explaining and guiding us through the home buying process. Joseph is relational, transparent, and knowledgeable, and these characteristics come through in his approach. His background in remodeling and building came in handy when touring houses, which made us aware of pitfalls to avoid and certain we were buying a well taken care of home." ★★★★★

    Evan & Jenna

  • "Working with Joseph to buy my first home was a breeze! He explained everything so thoroughly every step of the way, and his knowledge of home construction and things to look out for was an absolute luxury (and so necessary) to have as I was looking at older homes. He was always available for showings and communicated promptly. I am so, so happy with my new home and very grateful I had Joseph as my realtor!" ★★★★★

    Katherine W.

  • "Joseph is a very patient man. We did not want to sell our house or buy a new house in the Spring of 2020 but with his help we felt grounded during the daunting process. Buying and selling a house during a period of social and racial unrest in Minneapolis crossed with a pandemic spreading like wildfire was no easy feat but Joseph was the steady hand that carried us through it all. He is thoughtful and kind, funny and warm and much more. I trusted him then and will in the future if the time comes to do this all over again." ★★★★★

    Jen & Jay

  • "We had a great time working with Joseph! We appreciated all of his knowledge as we were looking for the home for us- it really helped us to trust in this process. Joseph’s approach is relational and informational- and thankfully not salesmany! He was very available, patient, and helpful as we found our dream home!" ★★★★★

    Justin & Kayla

  • "In the midst of a highly competitive housing market Joseph worked with us, as first time home buyers, to get our house with our first offer. He moved quickly to get our offer in before competing bids could be submitted. When we started our search, he educated us on the process and helped us refine our search. He was patient and exceedingly kind through it all. He utilized his industry and regional knowledge to help us understand the market from his perspective. Joseph was generous with his time and went above and beyond at every opportunity." ★★★★★

    Carly & Joel

  • "Joesph was a great realtor to work with because he is compassionate and a great communicator. We worked with Joseph on a pretty unique situation but he was very helpful in showing us a home and submitting an offer. He was very flexible with his time and was easy to work with. I enjoyed his attention to detail and would recommend his services to someone who is looking to buy a house." ★★★★★

    Travis R.

  • "Last summer Joseph went everywhere above, below and around the sun for/with me. After a divorce and sale of a former home, I wasn’t sure about what I could afford or exactly where I wanted to live. Joseph took me all over town and to so many properties. Not only did he have to work with me, but also my parents. Despite how challenging my situation was, Joseph never gave up on me and was in it for the long haul to help me find my new home. It will be a year in August that I closed on my house and I love it today even more. Thank you Joseph for keeping the faith alive ❤️!" ★★★★★

    Katie F.

  • "Joseph was my buying agent earlier this year and he was top notch all the way. From our initial encounter, I knew we were going to get along well. He understood my needs and budget and didn’t pressure me about viewing listings or rushing into anything. When I found the perfect place much earlier than expected, Joseph rose to the occasion of getting a showing the same day it went on the market, and helped me to put in an offer that same evening. During this 24 hour whirlwind of activity, and being a family man, was fine with me bringing my two young children to sign all the initial paperwork. He was even so kind as to give them hot cocoa while we crossed T’s and dotted I’s. He was flexible, available and just a great guy who helped my family secure our forever home! 10/10 would go through Joseph Struyk again!" ★★★★★

    Tiffany H.

  • "I bought a house sight unseen using Joseph Struyk. He was the best possible realtor I could have used. He did a great job helping me find a house that worked for us and made sure we found what we needed. He walked me through the house using a video chat and then did it again so I could have the inspector explain everything to me. He really is the best!" ★★★★★

    Stella B.

  • "I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and Joseph is one of the best agents I have ever worked with! He is honest, straight forward and always willing to go the extra mile. I absolutely recommend him for your buying or selling needs!" ★★★★★

    Jill

  • "I've worked with Joseph on several real estate transactions in 2019 and in 2020. Joseph's customer service, professionalism and industry knowledge is top level. He genuinely cares for his clients, both home buyers and sellers alike. Anyone considering a home purchase, or selling a current home should consider contacting Joseph. He's the real deal." ★★★★★

    Dan Murray, Lendsmart

  • "Joseph worked on a real estate project for me over a six-month period of time and I got to know him fairly well. He’s a great guy to work with. He does go above and beyond and truly wants a satisfied customer. I recommend him very highly." ★★★★★

    Diane S.

  • "Joseph helped us sell our home and buy our dream house. We couldn’t be happier with him. He was very professional, easy to work with, and offered sound advice which saved us tens of thousands dollars. He went above and beyond every step of the way." ★★★★★
